Yes—by default the widget only appears in Review Mode using your specific magic links. Regular visitors will never see the overlay or experience any performance impact. The script is lightweight (< 15kb) and loads asynchronously.
No. They simply open the Review Link you send them and click on the site to leave feedback. We've removed all friction. No signups, no downloads, no browser extensions required.
Yes. PinTheFrame works on any website where you can add a script tag. We provide step-by-step guides for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, and custom React/Next.js apps. If you can edit HTML, you can use PinTheFrame.
At minimum: Page URL, browser/OS version, viewport/screen size, and timestamp. Optionally, you can enable capturing of console errors and a short trail of recent interactions. We do not capture form values, passwords, or any personally identifiable information.
White label is currently on the roadmap. You will be able to white-label the guest portal once its live with your own branding, colors, and custom domain. Your clients will see your brand, not ours.
You'll have 7 full days to review and capture your feedback. After that, your account will move to a "read-only" mode. You can still view your existing issues, but you'll need to upgrade to our Founding Member Lifetime Deal to continue reviewing websites.
